This application provides a convenient way to schedule simulated sunrises in your home using the Philips Hue bridge. You can set specific times for your lights to gradually brighten from low to high intensity while transitioning through different daylight colors.
Key features of this application include the ability to:
- Set the time for lights to turn on at low intensity
- Choose which days of the week the wake-up sequence should repeat
- Select from various colors for the light transition (natural, red, orange, blue)
- Determine the duration of the transition to high intensity (30, 10, or 5 minutes)
- Specify which lights to use for customized sunrise sequences throughout your home
- Establish an automatic turn-off time for added convenience
Each wake-up routine can be easily activated or deactivated with a simple toggle switch.
It's worth noting some limitations:
- This application is compatible only with Extended Color Lights and Color Temperature Lights and not with Color Lights, Dimmable Lights, or On/Off Lights.
- The app utilizes five schedules and one light group per wake-up, with restrictions based on the Hue bridge's capacity of 100 schedules and 16 groups.
